All price matches must be done over the phone during time of order through the Call Centre Toll Free at 1-888-824-4257.
Terms and Conditions
Our Lowest Price Policy is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Our Lowest Price Policy applies only to other Internet retailers that have the identical product in stock or immediately available and the product is priced correctly and accurately.
- To price match we must be satisfied that the product(s) in question is identical.
- All price matches will include any taxes or shipping charges from the competitor's site that the customer would incur ordering from their site.
- We do not price match heavy weight items due to variations in shipping charges that apply.
- We do not price match product bundle pricing.
- Our Lowest Price Policy is limited to products sold online in Canada.
- Our Lowest Price Policy does not apply to products offered on auction websites. E.g eBay.ca
- Any decision whether or not to price match is at the discretion of BigAlsOnline. We reserve the right to refuse any price match request.
